The first Gamepad API controller is used (DualShock / DualSense). Connect it, then press a button so the browser can see it.
The on-screen virtual pad is toggled from the stream toolbar. Place its buttons below.
Choose a supplied skin, then optionally assign your own image to each button in the layout editor.

By default, this page’s local proxy is used. Custom lets you set another WebSocket URL (ws:// or wss://).

While you stream, people with the link receive video, audio and, if you allow it, the virtual pad or a physical gamepad. The virtual pad uses your theme.
Your own game stays live. Viewers are a few seconds behind: a frame is sent only after the screen was checked with no keyword, so pause happens before they see the word.
Separate several keywords with a comma, a semicolon or a new line.
Unchecked buttons are blocked for viewers, on the virtual pad and on a physical gamepad.

On the console: Settings → Remote Play → Add Device. Enter the PIN shown there.
PS5 requires your PSN Account ID, not your online ID. Look it up below or paste the base64 / numeric ID.
Press a keyboard key and/or a mouse button. Both can be assigned. Close when done.
